Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a housekeeper at No.1 Apartments, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our luxury apartments. This role is vital in ensuring that our guests enjoy a comfortable and pristine environment during their stay.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cleaning Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning of guest apartments, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring they are immaculate and ready for guests.
  • Linen Towels: Change bed linens and towels, and ensure they are laundered and presented to a high standard.
  • Inventory: Replenish amenities such as toiletries, tea, coffee, and other guest supplies.
  • Attention to Detail: Conduct detailed inspections of apartments to ensure that everything meets our high-quality standards, addressing any maintenance issues or damages promptly.
  • Guest Interaction: Provide friendly and discreet service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and cared for during their stay.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house and management teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Health Safety: Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe environment for both guests and staff.
