Opportunity Information Palo Alto Foundation Medical Group is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Director for Medical Specialties and Continuum of Care Location: Bay Area, CA Position details: Provide operational and clinical leadership for Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) across medical specialties and continuum of care service lines Partner with physician and operational leadership to design and implement high-performing care delivery models that optimize APC scope of practice and support collaborative care delivery Drive initiatives that improve access, quality, patient experience, and financial performance across programs.
