We have an exciting opportunity for a Concession Manager to lead our team at Sportscraft & JAG Womenswear & Menswear Melbourne MYER Store. About the Role You will be responsible for maximising store performance through the key areas of team management, recruitment and induction, rostering, inventory management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control whilst focusing on delivering a premium customer experience. Based in our Melbourne MYER store, you will oversee the Womenswear and Menswear concession pads for Sportscraft and JAG. This role reports directly to the Regional Manager. As an inspiring brand ambassador, you will lead a dynamic team that are continuously empowered to deliver the achievement of sales and exceptional customer service. About You At least 2 years’ retail management experience in a high end or premium retail environment A motivated and enthusiastic individual with the proven ability to create a dynamic team environment and achieve sales and KPI targets. Results driven with strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal The ability to prioritise tasks and expectations A true passion for retail fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation Flexible and innovative approach in reacting to changing work requirements Proven management and operational leadership with a strong emphasis on interpersonal skills including coaching and developing team members. Responsibilities Drive sales across all brands and concession pads. Drive the team to meet KPIs and sales targets. Foster a performance-driven culture through inspirational leadership. Conduct consistent performance conversations to coach and develop team members. Deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable and brand-aligned teams. Promptly resolve customer queries and complaints. Ensure all concession pads are presented and merchandised according to brand standards. Monitor top sellers and manage stock levels. Manage labour and rostering according to peak trade periods and within budget. Implement new business initiatives efficiently and positively. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with David Jones store and floor management teams. Where do I sign?
