The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the planning and execution of product development initiatives within our automation control systems business.

REQUIREMENTS:

In alignment with product management practices, this position requires a candidate who can provide strong organizational support, ensure accurate documentation, and collaborate effectively with teams to drive successful project outcomes.

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (some roles may accept equivalent work experience).
  • ·1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or a related support role.
  • Exposure to Product Management Practices highly desired.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams or in a project-based environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent recordkeeping/documentation skills.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset.
  • Self-starter with initiative to anticipate needs and support the project manager.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or PMP fundamentals) is often a plus.
  • Must have strong proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically EXCEL and Word.
