About the position
The APJ Partner Marketing Leader is responsible for leading our partner marketing strategy across APJ. The role works cross-functionally as a business partner with the regional marketing, partner marketing, channel, and sales team across ANZ and ASEAN.
What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner marketing-related topics

in the region, driving the partner marketing strategy effectively.

  • Work closely with the global partner marketing team to regionalize their

materials, ensuring relevance and alignment with local market needs.

  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure that partner marketing is

seamlessly integrated into their overall marketing strategies.

  • Engage with our top-performing resellers and Managed Service Providers

(MSPs) in the APJ region to provide support and resources that drive their

growth with distribution, TAP, and AWS teams to develop and execute a cohesive and winning marketing strategy.

  • Oversee Mimecast-led partner marketing initiatives across the region,

including TO, THROUGH partner activities and Mimecast events.

  • Ensure proper tracking of partner marketing return on investment in

accordance with company guidelines.
What You’ll Need

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • 10+ years’ experience in Marketing (B2B Marketing, Channel Marketing,

Communications)

  • Proven track record of building and delivering partner-generated pipeline
  • Strong project management and time management skills
  • Experience working across the Asia Pacific Region including Australia,

Singapore, Japan and India.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and unify efforts across teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to self-manage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the IT Channel and cybersecurity
