Description

Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, HCM Modules(HCM/Absence/Talent/Helpdesk), Extract, Redwood, OTBI, BI Publisher, HDL/HSDL, ADP, ERP, Integrations, AI Studio. * Eligibility : 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. * Provide L2/L3 production support, including: * Issue analysis and resolution * Root cause analysis * SR, Change, and release management support with documentation * Functional proficiency in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including one or more of: * Core HR * Security * Absence * Talent Management * Helpdesk * Excellent Technical hands-on experience to Design, build, and support custom reports and extracts using: * OTBI * BI Publisher * HCM Extracts * Fast Formula * Personalization /Redwood * Third-party systems such as ADP and Oracle ERP * Perform data loads and conversions using HDL and HSDL. * Collaborate with functional consultants to analyze business requirements and define technical solutions. * Prepare technical design documents, effort estimates, and delivery plans. * Work closely with Oracle Support on production issues, product bugs, and patches. * Support Oracle quarterly releases and production validation activities. * Ensure compliance with enterprise standards, security policies(SOX), and best practices. * Solves complex technical and functional issues independently. * Applies sound judgment by reviewing multiple sources of information. * Takes a proactive approach to improving existing solutions and processes. * Delivers stable, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions.
