We are looking for a highly organized and commercially driven App Experience Specialist to join our Commercial team. The role is responsible for managing and optimizing the in-app customer experience by ensuring accurate execution of promotions, category merchandising, media placements, and performance tracking.The ideal candidate will work closely with Marketing, Tech, Commercial Excellence, Category Management, and Media Buying teams to deliver a seamless and engaging app experience that supports business growth and customer satisfaction. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, app management, digital merchandising, or a related role. Strong analytical and reporting skills with attention to detail. Experience working with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Commercial, and Tech. Good understanding of customer journey and digital user experience. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting tools is preferred.
