We are looking for an enthusiastic and data-driven App Promotions Manager to join our Digital team. Reporting into the App Marketing Manager, you will lead the delivery of engaging app campaigns that drive revenue, visits, conversion rate, loyalty, and lifetime value.
You will work cross-functionally with CRM, Trading, Digital and Analytics teams, using tools like Braze to build customer journeys, run exclusive promotions and provide performance insights that shape future campaigns.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • A strong understanding of the principles of direct marketing especially in using digital channels such as App push, in app messages and Email
  • Flexible, enthusiastic and motivated with the ability to work to targets in a deadline driven environments
  • Strong planning and organisation skills
  • Stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
  • Good verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Working in a high paced environment, able to prioritise and work calmly under pressure
  • Ability to interpret complex information and present back in a simple user-friendly format
Responsibilities
  • Review market trends and competitors apps, collating information and providing recommendations for app campaigns, CRM and product features
  • Deliver mechanics of App campaigns that will drive app revenue, visits, frequency, lifetime value, and loyalty using our leading automated marketing systems
  • Build strong relationships with CRM, collaborating to deliver plans for Email & SMS to support the success of App Campaigns
  • Build relationships and collaborate cross functionally (inc. Logistics, Retail Ops, Trading, Marketing, Digital analytics, IT development & Propositions) to deliver App Campaigns
  • During and post campaigns, you will build and analyse campaign reporting to provide insight for future App campaigns
  • Represent App campaigns in weekly trading meetings to share performance updates with the wider team, giving actionable insight that will drive campaign success
  • Identifying, building and continuous improvement of journeys in Braze to drive app revenue, visits, frequency, lifetime value, and loyalty
  • Defining, agreeing, sharing, delivering and analysing a programme of App Exclusive promos
  • Where appropriate, support other team members to drive App Penetration. E.g. App CRM, trading support, reporting and analytics, feature adoption
