We are looking for a detail-oriented Apparels Human Resource Specialist to join our dynamic team at MIRA GROUP. The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR practices specifically within the apparel industry, with a keen understanding of talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the recruitment and selection process for apparel professionals, ensuring alignment with company goals. Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement and performance management. Manage on boarding processes and training programs tailored to the apparel division. Maintain and update personnel records, ensuring all data is accurate and compliant with regulations. Facilitate employee relations, addressing issues, concerns, and grievances professionally. Support the development of workforce planning initiatives to meet the evolving needs of the apparel sector. Stay informed about industry trends, HR best practices, and regulations impacting the apparel market. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of HR experience, ideally within the apparel industry. Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, employee development, and performance management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
