JOB DESCRIPTION

Gould Intelligent (an Arizona company) is seeking 5 Appeals Program Specialists for a
long-term contract in Phoenix, AZ. Work can be fully remote or hybrid with onsite being in downtown Phoenix. Must be available to work between 8 and 5 pm, M – F. Pay is $22 - $27/hr.
Candidates will be processing documents related to service reductions and will have to review documentation to determine if it supports the adverse benefit change. Candidates must have the ability to conduct research, to understand and interpret laws and policies, have excellent written communication skills, have experience in reviewing and analyzing documents, and have a high school diploma or GED.
Must be eligible to work on a W2 basis for any U.S. employer without sponsorship (no 3rd parties or corp to corp), currently reside in the Phoenix Metro area, and be able to pass relevant background check.
