Responsibilities
  • Exceptional knowledge of the product including BPM Fundamentals, Architecture Components, Technical Features such as Designer Features, Configurations in Appian etc.
  • Experience in design and development in Appian BPM including components such as Tempo, Forums, SAIL, Plugin development, Smart Services, Reports and Deployment etc.
  • Expertise in business Integration deployment and human task management using Appian 18 higher versions.
  • Effectively troubleshoot technical issues as they arise during project life cycles
  • Ability to do root cause analysis on production issues reported by business users
  • Need to work independently on assignments based on specific requirements.
  • Experience with database design.
  • Identify and articulate the risks during development deployment.
  • Coordinate and communicate with various teams with exceptional communication skills.
  • Expertise in using CI\CD Pipeline for Appian
