Salary - £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience
Here at Serco, we are looking for an Appian Release Engineer to plan, maintain and ensure the quality and consistency of software releases across a cluster of environments.

Experience of the Appian Product suite able to demonstration a good understanding of the development tools, objects and relationships.
Experience of working in an Agile delivery team.
Can demonstrate the ability to prioritise own workload to deliver targets.
Experience in troubleshooting and interested in enhancing current skillset.
Skilful communicator with excellent ability to build relationships at all levels and communicate well within a technical team.
Role requires a keen eye for detail to ensure release audits are achieved and the Release process is continuously updated and improved.
Able to successfully work across multiple projects.
Knowledge and experience of change implementation in a complex environment.
Experience of working in a fast pace, dynamic and complex environment.
Demonstrates the ambition to achieve goals/objectives and the discipline, organisation and perseverance to deliver.
