DESCRIPTION
We advise on business, digital and workplace transformation solutions with Apple’s Major account customers and with our partners. We develop account plans aligned with our customers’ strategies, assess their progress and guide them on the journey of transformation, while growing and expanding adoption of the Apple platform and ecosystem. We are responsible for the creation, development and indirect orchestration of key industry sales plays within our customers and providing visibility of this in Salesforce. We deliver best in class pipeline management providing both a short term view of the expected product and solution demand, whilst also providing a longer term view of the greater revenue/platform opportunity. We effectively execute joint account plans by cross-functionally partnering with internal Apple teams such as Systems Engineers, Finance, Reseller Operations, Central and WW teams plus Strategic partners, driving refresh, expansion and net new platform opportunities. We identify and create new opportunities driving sales actions on refresh and net new platform opportunities. We look to create lighthouse references which we can replicate and scale, leveraging success stories that can be told across industry. This position will focus to customers in the Retail, Travel & Transportation, Manufacturing, Utilities or Construction verticals.
