DESCRIPTION We are seeking a strategic, data-driven Growth Lead for Apple TV to help drive the next phase of subscription growth for the Apple TV business. This role will work cross-functionally to identify high-impact growth opportunities that increase signups and engagement for the service, with a strong focus on subscription growth drivers. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across the organization and with external partners to develop and execute growth strategies from concept through launch. The ideal candidate can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, brings experience scaling subscription businesses, and understands how partnerships, bundles, and go-to-market levers come together to deliver sustained growth. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 8+ years of marketing, strategy, data and partner management experience 4+ years of DTC subscription growth experience Ability to juggle many stakeholders, initiatives and deadlines simultaneously Experience planning and driving projects with cross-functional teams A love for all things technology, television and film with a focus on streaming PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in interacting with and influencing all levels of management Ability to work independently and embrace change and ambiguity Organized, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with a proactive approach to solving problems and anticipating executive needs Able to build strategic, long-term relationships at all levels Brings energy, creativity, and passion for fostering team culture, inclusion, and belonging Comfortable flexing between strategic initiatives and day-to-day operational needs
