DESCRIPTION As part of our Apple TV leadership team, you will be responsible for operating, adapting, and evolving the Apple TV platform. You will manage the global customer experience bringing together Apple’s own first-party TV shows, movies, and live sports, as well as those of our third-party partners worldwide. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 20+ years experience working in digital media at a major technology or entertainment company Strong track record of managing a large, high-functioning team in a demanding, fast-paced environment A solid understanding of product and platform operations as well as how these come together to deliver a best -in-class customer experience. Fluency with design, product, and engineering planning cycles is also important A deep passion for and prolific understanding of content across services and the media entertainment and streaming industry overall Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence in a a delivery-focused environment An experienced leader who inspires teams and is invested in building culture and a strong sense belonging, nurturing and developing individuals An articulate and confident communicator who can distill the complex into simple key messages while having the ability to go deep when needed Strong experience with a commitment to cross-functional collaboration; exceptional at building and maintaining interpersonal relationships An analytical and creative thinker who is data-driven, flexible, able to pivot quickly, and understands the nature of a fast-evolving, high-profile business Adept in data-driven decision-making, able to derive clarity in a complex environment Bachelor’s degree required PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Global experience across multiple geographies and leading cross-functional teams Ability to drive scaled progress, leading with influence toward alignment in a highly matrixed organization Ability to think strategically on critical business need while simultaneously act tactically, in concert with a diverse group of colleagues and their teams Demonstrable commitment to fighting for excellence in customer experience Proven track record of cultivating innovation collaboratively and consistently, both day-to-day and broadly across product development cycles and senior leadership teams
