As a System Engineering Program Manager for Apple Watch, you will be responsible for managing engineering development for our future generations. You will use your program management skills, imagination, creativity to lead these exciting programs forward! DESCRIPTION This individual contributor role will have significant responsibilities in making decisions, collaborating with multi-functional teams, vendors and suppliers around the globe during the entire development cycle. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5+ years of project/program management experience for Hardware products Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics/RF is preferred. Proficient in English and Mandarin both in oral and written Proved experience to effectively coordinate cross-functional technical collaborations, multi-tasking management Detail oriented PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Relevant NPI experience or engineering development experiences is a plus Flexible to travel to US and Asia Pacific to support engineering project Excellent consolidation, communication and organizational skills Self-motivated and proactive, who can demonstrate creativities and critical thinking capabilities Able to collaborate with multi-functional team to achieve project goals Understand and deals well with rapid development cycles and constant changes; Be passion and creative, remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty Ability to leverage AI writing tools to efficiently produce engineering reports, issue logs, and executive summaries. Ability to apply AI tools for scenario planning and contingency assessment
Responsibilities
Manage the engineering development of future generations of the Apple Watch. Lead multi-functional teams and global vendors throughout the entire development cycle to achieve project goals.
