We are looking to grow our Applewood Auto Group team by recruiting for a Full-time and Part-Time Receptionist
The Position(s) - Full-Time Receptionist and Part-Time Receptionist
Our team is looking for a full-time receptionist to join our growing team. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, motivated, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
At Applewood we want every client that comes in to have a Best-in-Class experience, therefore going above and beyond their expectations is a must. It is an asset if you have customer service skills!
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers: The receptionist is responsible for greeting customers as they arrive at the dealership. The receptionist must be friendly, professional, and able to communicate effectively with customers.
- Answering phone calls: The receptionist is responsible for answering and directing them to the appropriate department or person. The receptionist must have a good knowledge of the dealership’s operations and be able to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handling administrative tasks: The receptionist is responsible for handling administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing paperwork. The receptionist must be organized and detail oriented.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace: The receptionist is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including the reception area and any customer waiting areas. The receptionist must ensure the dealership presents customers with a professional and welcoming image.
- Supporting other departments: The receptionist may be asked to support other departments in the dealership as needed. This could include coordinating events, assisting with marketing efforts, or conducting basic research.
