Job Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair major home appliances: refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, etc.
• Perform in-home service calls with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain detailed service records and customer communications
• Handle parts orders and basic inventory management
• Represent the company in a respectful and customer-friendly manner

Qualifications

• 1+ years of appliance repair experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Basic hand tools (specialty tools can be provided)
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Legally eligible to work in Canada

Preferred (Not Required):

• Gas ticket (TSSA) or refrigeration license
• Sealed system repair experience
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
