We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our Doctor Appliance Repair Halifax team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, with a focus on appliance repair. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in appliance repair with a strong understanding of electrical systems.
  • Mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various tools and equipment.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes.
  • Experience in assembly tasks related to appliance installation is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot appliance issues using schematics and technical manuals.

  • Assemble and install new appliances as needed, ensuring all safety standards are met.
