In this role, you will travel to customers’ businesses and diagnose and repair their existing appliances. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, and has the technical skills to get the job done. Customer satisfaction is a top priority. Responsibilities Respond to client requests for appliance service Evaluate and diagnose commercial appliance problems Estimate the costs of appliance repair, service, and installation Repair appliances Provide preventative maintenance and warranty services Adhere to manufacturer recommendations Teach business owners and operators how to maintain their appliances Maintain accurate and detailed records Qualifications High school diploma/GED Associate degree or appliance repair certification preferred Previous experience as an Appliance Repair Technician is preferred Valid driver’s license Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects Excellent customer service skills

Responsibilities

The technician will travel to client businesses to diagnose, repair, and provide preventative maintenance for commercial appliances. They are also responsible for estimating repair costs and educating business owners on appliance maintenance.
