OVERVIEW

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be providing exceptional customer service while driving sales and promoting our products. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for appliance sales, and the ability to engage customers through product demonstrations. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in Appliance retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Strong organizational skills to maintain inventory and store appearance.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and team members.
• Work Schedule would be Tuesday to Saturday. 8-5 Tuesday, Wednesday. 9-6 Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
• Base Pay + Appliance Commissions

• Drive sales by engaging customers, utilizing suggestive selling techniques, and sharing in-depth product knowledge.
• Deliver personalized, face-to-face assistance, offering expert advice on home appliances, related products, warranty plans, delivery and pickup options.
• Serve a diverse customer base, including builders, designers, property managers, and homeowners, to meet a broad range of appliance needs.
• Prepare accurate estimates, finalize transactions, and ensure timely follow-up on deliveries.
• Manage special orders and coordinate installation sales for customers.
• Continuing to help maintain lasting customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when handling customer calls.
• Demonstrate proven success in professional sales with a strong ability to close deals.
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail sales and customer service environment; appliance sales experience considered a valuable asset.
