We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical and mechanical systems, with hands-on experience in appliance repair. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. As an Appliance Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various household appliances to ensure optimal performance for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid BC driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong mechanical or electrical aptitude (training provided).
• Good communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Self-motivated and punctual.
• Previous appliance repair or trade experience is a plus, but not required.

  Pay: $18.00-$40.00 per hour
  Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical issues in a variety of household appliances.
• Travel to customer locations to diagnose and repair appliances.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure appliances are functioning correctly.
• Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot problems effectively.
• Assemble and install new appliances as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during repairs.
• Stay updated on the latest appliance technologies and repair techniques.
