Do you have a knack for fixing things and a love for all things that cook, steam, and sizzle? OFS is looking for an Appliance Service/Repair Technician who’s ready to jump in, get hands-on, and keep commercial kitchens running like a dream.
If you’ve ever thought of yourself as the hero who saves the day when an oven goes cold or a dishwasher refuses to clean, this job is for you!

YOUR UTILITY BELT (REQUIREMENTS):

• Experience as a Gas Service Technician or in a similar role
• Strong mechanical skills and love for gas-fired equipment
• Ability to read schematics like they’re your secret treasure map
• Skilled with tools and diagnostic equipment
• Plumbing and electrical knowledge (bonus points for welding skills!)
• Must hold a valid G2 Gas License (G1 is a bonus!)
• A valid driver’s license—because heroes need wheels

• Keep commercial cooking and cleaning equipment in tip-top shape
• Diagnose and defeat pesky problems with gas, electric, and steam-powered units
• Swap out faulty parts—burners, motors, valves, and more—like a pro
• Install new gear and make sure it works perfectly on the first try
• Test, inspect, and maintain equipment to keep chefs and kitchens happy
• Follow safety rules like your own personal superhero code
• Log all your victories (a.k.a. repair and maintenance records)
• Deliver top-notch customer service and answer questions with a smile
