Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and expertly repair various residential appliances, including but not limited to:
  • Refrigerators and Freezers (including advanced sealed system diagnosis and repair on gas-charged compressor units).
  • Ovens, Stoves, and Cooktops (electric and gas).
  • Dishwashers, Washing Machines, and Dryers (electric and gas).
  • Microwaves, Garbage Disposals, and other common household appliances.
  • Accurately assess repair needs, provide clear explanations to clients, and offer transparent, honest recommendations.
  • Efficiently manage parts procurement and inventory for timely job completion.
