JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring an experienced Appliance Repair Technician to diagnose and repair a wide range of residential appliances. The ideal candidate is reliable, knowledgeable in appliance systems, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of appliance repair experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
• Own hand tools (specialty tools and meters are an asset)
• Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in tight spaces
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair household appliances including:
• Washers & dryers
• Refrigerators & freezers
• Ovens, stoves & ranges
• Dishwashers
• Microwaves
• Perform routine maintenance and part replacements
• Provide accurate repair estimates and document work completed
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance and workspace
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff
• Travel to job sites in the Greater Victoria area
