The HR & Finance Business Application Supporter will be responsible for providing technical and operational support for HR and Finance business applications.
The role involves troubleshooting, system administration, trainings and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and support business processes. This covers 1st and 2nd level support, including communicating and helping to find solutions with external software partners.
You will also help support the Hotel Business Applications (Protel, Zenchef, Lightspeed, …)
Also you will be responsible of the deployment of the new application in our IT landscape.
This position ensures smooth operation, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement of business-critical applications.
Skilled also as Project Management operations, you can also be appointed to deploy and manage some new tools in the organization.
You may work in our office in Zürich (preferably), Interlaken or Chavannes. Homeoffice possible by arrangement.
