Project overview: The Application Administrator/Application Configuration Specialist will be responsible for the setup, configuration, and maintenance of our software applications. This role will involve working with various applications to customize and optimize application functionalities, integrations with other applications and security configurations. The specialist will collaborate with various teams to ensure applications run smoothly and efficiently, meeting the organization’s requirements.

• Responsibilities: Configure and customize applications, including SSO and security features
• Modify and optimize existing configurations to improve application performance and functionality, which may include low-code programming
• Implement new features and enhancements based on business requirements
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Perform regular updates and patches to ensure applications are secure and up-to-date
• Provide technical support to users and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner
• Create and maintain detailed documentation for application configurations, code changes, and procedures
• Develop training materials and provide training sessions to end-users and IT staff on application usage and best practices
• Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Requirements: Experience with JavaScript and Python, with the ability to write, modify, and debug code
• Experience with JSON for data interchange and configuration
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs
• Familiarity with SSO configuration and understanding of OpenID, SAML and JWT
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential problems
• Experience with maintaining and configuring the Onit legal workflow automation system

Nice to have: Knowledge of the Liquid template language/framewor
