SKILLS:

• Experience in ICT, system administration, or project implementation.
• Familiarity with clinical or patient management systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A Level 6 QQI qualification or equivalent experience in IT.

DUTIES:

• Support and maintain clinical and business applications.
• Assist with the Clinical Management System (CMS).
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues quickly.
• Work with teams to improve system performance.
• Ensure IT security and best practices are followed.
• Help with system upgrades, testing, and data integrity.
• Train staff and create user-friendly guides.
• Assist in IT-related projects and innovations.
• Occasionally provide out-of-hours support.
