Job Summary: Supports and maintains applications and other technical integrations to meet the needs of the organization. Impacts a range of customers that primarily include the operational end users and informational technology areas. Job Responsibilities and Requirements: PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Troubleshoots and resolves basic application issues and provides end user support. Monitors applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations. Provides routine maintenance of supported applications and systems using existing procedures. Stays current with internal processes, policies, and procedures. Acts as the primary point of contact for ongoing production maintenance, support, and troubleshooting. Participates in on-call and after-hours support schedules. Serves as an IT liaison for basic issues, implementations and upgrades with a range of customers, including system users. Maintains a positive relationship with the customer. Follows tasks as assigned in project plans for routine projects to support meeting milestones and timeframes. Performs standard system testing, both unit and integrated. May assist in training delivery for projects, updates or upgrades. Reviews and analyzes the efficiency of existing systems and escalates findings to team leaders. Performs other duties as assigned. EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education EXPERIENCE No experience required Experience supporting radiology or cardiology imaging applications (such as PACS) as an end user, super user, or system administrat or previous work in a technical support, help desk, or application support environment preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Rare climbing.
