Due to our growth and the expansion of our specialist laboratory services, we have a fantastic opportunity for an Application Analyst to join our team on a six-month contract, to make an impact by further strengthening our market-leading testing and analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

In this temporary role, you’ll co-ordinate and perform the analysis of water from our pioneering Immingham reactivation site and other sources, as well as analysing activated carbon samples, including testing, analysis, recording and reporting of results.
You’ll be based at our laboratory in Killamarsh, Sheffield, with regular travel to and from Immingham.
It’s possible that the role may become permanent, depending on business requirements.
Your main responsibilities will be:
· Co-ordinating the sampling of water from points around the Immingham site.
· Recording all relevant data to given standards, including date, time, plant operating parameters and the carbon being processed at the time of sampling.
· Co-ordinating and performing analysis of the samples (including COD and TOC).
