They have the ability to interpret and develop project plans, functional/operational specifications, flow charts, input and out specifications and flow charts. You will be able to determine and accommodate the impact of various system changes on users, automated or manual, trouble shoot various problems and respond to user department needs. This position interacts with all levels of users throughout the organization to clarify and verify requirements at all stages of analysis, design and implementation.     Key Responsibilities:  * Experience with the implementation, support, and maintenance of electronic health record applications (Athena, eCW, and or Meditech preferred) *  Knowledge of PC applications, e.g., Microsoft Office Suite and Project, PowerPoint preferred * Demonstrates the ability to work independently or as part of a team, in both collaborative and matrix environments. * Strong organizational, problem solving, and prioritization skills as demonstrated by the successful and timely completion of assignments. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interaction with others and time management skills.  * Keen attention to detail  * Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws * Ability to support project work efforts and to prioritize and delegate accordingly * Ability to facilitate and work within a complex, multi-site environment * Ability to understand the work environment and competing priorities in conjunction with developing/meeting project goals. Requirements:  *  Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience required * Minimum Experience: At least 1-2 years of related work experience and/or training preferred * Must have a working knowledge of relational databases and client server concepts * Preferred skills:  * Basic understanding of common software applications (ex.
