• Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize Tapestry applications—including Premium Billing and Benefits Engine
• Design, build, test, and support new application modules and enhancements
• Develop deep expertise in supported systems and operational workflows
• Respond to service requests and incidents within defined Service Level Agreements
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for assigned functionality and workflows
• Escalate vendor issues, track resolutions, and report feature gaps
• Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements
• Provide on-call support in alignment with team rotation schedules
• Follow robust change control processes and ensure thorough documentation
• Create training aids and occasionally deliver end-user training
• Complete project deliverables with accuracy and timeliness
• Evaluate new software releases and advocate for beneficial functionality adoption
• Build strong relationships with business owners and serve as CRM on small projects
• Collaborate in cross-functional workgroups as assigned
• Uphold UCLA C-I-CARE standards and institutional policies
• Model professional conduct and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
