Our Health and Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes, and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, legal compliance, and governance strategies. We also provide Specialty consulting services, including clinical/health management program design, pharmacy solutions, disability/absence management strategies, and claims audit services.
As an Application Configuration Specialist within our Health and Benefits (H&B) team, you will be responsible for setting up and administering our core broking applications to support our colleagues’ day-to-day activities and requirements. You will be the subject matter expert in the setup and administration of our systems, fulfilling various requests from colleagues in the local country, and assisting with multiple deployment projects. This role also involves working within a global or regional project team, analysing requirements and data, designing your configuration approach, preparing and managing your project tasks, configuring your client organisations, product rules, and rates, customising the user interface and system notifications, carrying out and supporting unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, preparing and provisioning data and successfully launching your projects.
