Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Application Consultant for our Brainlab Digital O.R. integration, covering our installed base in Dublin. Reporting to the Director Sales UK & Ireland, you will be based at the customer location and part of the Brainlab UK & Ireland team.

Responsibilities:

  • Educate, train, and provide on-site guidance to physicians and hospital personnel
  • Perform new system installations and software updates
  • Communicate effectively with customers to troubleshoot issues
  • Demonstrate organizational and planning skills, including task prioritization and time management
  • Initiate upgrade projects and sell service contracts to existing customers
  • Monitor and promote customer usage of products
  • Attend meetings and trade shows to promote products and services

Training: 4 to 6 weeks at headquarters in Munich and in the field with experienced colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering/Technology, Medical Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in digitalization of video/data flows, PACS, Vendor-neutral archives, and HIS systems in hospitals is a plus
  • Self-planning, organization, and implementation of service activities
  • Knowledge of IT networks and server environments
  • Ability to work as part of a team or individually
  • Good sense of humor
  • Willingness to travel
  • Fluent in English
