Description

SMART-FACTORY TECHNOLOGIES & SOLUTIONS

To team up with cross-disciplinary teams of engineers & specialists focusing on smart factory technologies & projects.
To ideate and build robust data and digital technology driven solutions for advanced manufacturing / industrial processes.
To leverage AI and robotics-integration solutions to meet customers’ automation & real-time needs.

PROGRAMMING SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • PLC based system: ladder, functional block, structure text

  • PC based system: C++, VB (visual basic)

Responsibilities

To design, write & troubleshoot machine electrical & control systems for factory automation, customised-built , equipment/machines, smart-factory technologies as well as AI platform.
To design and perform detailed designing for machine electrical control systems for Factory Automation, Smart-Factory Technologies, Machine & Equipment Manufacturing.
To write Programmable Logic Control (PLC) program for automatic machine control & processes. Preferably, with Industrial PC (IPC) programming experiences too.
To collaborate and work together with the Design Team (comprising of both mechanical & electrical members) for the design concept arising from new projects proposal and confirmed projects.
To lead the in-house electrical staff and/or the company’s appointed electrical vendors on the respective machine control and electrical systems and operations of the projects.
To lead the assembly members & technicians during Machine set-up, Machine Assembly Process, Alignment, Testing & commissioning in the Company and/or customer site.
To spearhead meetings and review with the design team and the customers on control system requirements and specification.
