Responsibilities
  • Design and build activities including post-launch monitoring, from software maintenance to upgrading and improvement of retail applications including point of sale applications (CEGID and GK).
  • Write and update source-code behind integrations to support real time (and file based) data exports and imports
  • Contribute to tech analysis, design, and implementation strategies for retail applications
  • Contribute to detailed architectural roadmaps and documentation
  • Collaborate with the Integration team to design and validate API-based integration approaches, and to ensure data consistency and accuracy in new workstreams
  • Contribute to product deliverables through development lifecycle from estimation to delivery and hypercare liaising with offshore development teams and ensuring consistent progress and quality
  • Exhibit flexibility and creativity in problem-solving, with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Analyze and improve retail application functionality, data integrity, and system efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical details into business-relevant language
  • Follow Project or Product Management methodology participating in tasks and activities within the team displaying flexibility with either Agile, Waterfall methodologies or a hybrid
  • Collaborate with other zone and global L’Oreal teams on change management, vendor management and ensure timely delivery of various tasks, projects as well as Level 3 Support requests and incidents
  • Actively participate in business and technology planning sessions to identify future needs adhering to a technology strategy and delivery roadmaps, including Innovation
  • Handle multiple issues/tasks/projects of varying size simultaneously and effectively communicate status to stakeholders
