The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SQL and low-code/no-code platforms, with a passion for optimizing business processes and delivering impactful solutions. Role and responsibilities Design, develop, and implement automation applications to support business needs. Configure and enhance VPM-related systems and processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver automation opportunities. Research, analyze, and optimize business processes for efficiency. Contribute to the collection and definition of business and technical requirements. Support applications in a production environment across multiple business units. Proactively identify and resolve technical issues. Work closely with international teams to ensure consistent delivery standard #LI-MNRK Qualifications Skills and qualifications +4 year of relevant experience Strong knowledge of SQL Server, stored procedures, and database design. Proven experience in low-code/no-code Microsoft Power Platform Solid background in workflow automation and business process optimization. Experience working in production environments within financial services (Bank, Insurances) Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset. Ability to collaborate on requirements gathering and technical specifications. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and within a global team.
