JOB SUMMARY
The Application Developer is responsible for gathering, design, development, testing, and implementation of new applications and systems in the agency. This role will be responsible for development and redesign of systems platforms utilized by the Lottery. These systems are used across the agency and critical to operations of the Lottery. The Application Developer will be the technical subject expert (SME) and developer for ServiceNow, SharePoint, GoAnywhere, PowerApps and process automation. In addition, they will perform new development to automate agency processes through new power apps and power scripts.
This position plays a critical role in the agency allowing for automation of routine tasks, seamless communications between the agency and IT through the ServiceNow platform, providing a communications hub for the agency with a new Intranet site and more. This position will also be accountable to ensure the systems developed are user friendly, secure, robust, and maintainable for the future.
