JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced Application Development Senior Advisor with strong expertise in YARDI platforms to lead complex application development initiatives. The ideal candidate will provide strategic guidance to senior leadership, design and architect major application systems, and deliver scalable solutions across cross-functional teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide consultation to business units and IT management on complex systems design and development.
• Design, implement, and support YARDI-based applications and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Identify reusable code, integrate third-party or off-the-shelf solutions, and evaluate development alternatives.
• Drive full SDLC activities, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, documentation, and support.
• Develop solutions across multiple platforms (e.g., client-server, web-based, distributed environments).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of deliverables.
