Coho Technology Solutions is seeking a Lead Application Development / DevSecOps Engineer to led software design, development, testing, and operations to deliver secure, scalable, and modernized applications. This role drives innovation through automation and continuous integration within a secure DevSecOps framework. Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Oversee full application lifecycle management and O&M. Lead cloud migration and modern software development initiatives. Implement automated deployment and testing pipelines (“everything as code”). Ensure compliance with Title 13 data security requirements. Mentor development teams on secure coding practices, automation, and CI/CD optimization. Collaborate with system architects and data engineers to ensure application scalability and interoperability. Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance modernization initiatives and improve software delivery speed. Support disaster recovery and continuity of operations through resilient system design. Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements: Education and Certifications: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or Software Engineering Preferred—AWS/Azure/GCP Developer, DevOps Engineer, CISSP Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, 5+ in DevSecOps leadership Expertise in cloud-native development, containers, and serverless architectures Position Pay Range $130,000—$180,000 USD About Copper River & The Native Village of Eyak: Owned by the Native Village of Eyak (NVE), a federally recognized Alaska Native Tribe, the Copper River Family of Companies are a collection of entities that deliver a complementary set of solutions and services to support the diverse missions and requirements of our clients.
