Description

Odyssey is working with a financial institution to find an experienced Manager of Application Development. This position is full-time and will be hybrid in Broomfield, CO.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced Application Development Manager to lead a team of developers supporting both vendor-packaged and internally built applications that extend and enhance our core banking ecosystem. A strong working knowledge of financial applications is essential to this role.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 6 years of experience working with financial services technologies
  • Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, including mentoring and development planning.
  • Strong understanding of agile project management methodologies.
  • Experience with modern software development lifecycle practices, tools, and frameworks.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with executive leadership.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Familiarity with IBM AIX operating system.
  • Proficiency with SQL, HTML, and JavaScript.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and experience implementing standardized engineering processes and documentation.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
