Description

Lead and own techno-functional solutioning for Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain and Manufacturing modules, ensuring stable operations, continuous improvements, and alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: * Act as the primary techno-functional expert for Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing modules including BOM, WIP, Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, and Planning. * Lead requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, and functional specifications. * Drive end-to-end process integration across SCM, Manufacturing, and Finance. * Oversee customizations, extensions, interfaces, and reports in collaboration with technical teams. * Support production issues, root cause analysis, and performance optimization. * Lead upgrades, patches, and enhancement initiatives. * Partner with business stakeholders to drive process standardization and best practices. * Mentor junior team members and provide functional governance. Required Skills & Experience Qualifications: Required/ Minimum Qualifications: * 15–18 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS SCM and Manufacturing. * Strong techno-functional expertise with solid understanding of EBS architecture. * Experience in discrete manufacturing environments is a must. * Proven experience in integrations with external systems (MES, PLM, third-party apps). * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Experience in global or multi-org implementations Work Authorization No calls or agencies please.
