Description

The Application Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise throughout the sales cycle and post-implementation phase. You will analyze customer requirements, design technical solutions, and ensure that our products are integrated seamlessly into the client’s workflow. This role requires a blend of deep technical knowledge and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities * Technical Design & Pre-Sales Support * Design Engineering: Prepare detailed design calculations and technical specifications based on specific customer requirements and project site conditions. * Equipment Selection: Lead the technical selection of equipment and components to ensure optimal performance and cost-effectiveness for the client. * Technical Submittals: Develop and compile comprehensive Technical Submittals for project approvals. * Consultant Liaison: Act as the technical point of contact for sales teams to address and resolve "comments" or "queries" raised by consultants Must have skills: * Education Degree in Mechanical Engineering * Experience of 3 to 5 years in an Application Engineer capacity of similar * Technical know-how of HVAC Systems Founded in 1971, the Al Shirawi Group has been serving people & industry for the last five decades.
