Do you want to take technical ownership and be the key link between customer, region and engineering? We are looking for an outgoing and structured Application Engineer who thrives at the intersection of technology, contracts, and customer collaboration. In this role, you will be the technical backbone of the agreement, ensuring maintenance strategies are followed, inspections are executed correctly, and technical topics move forward efficiently. This is not just a technical role. It is a coordination role, a responsibility role and a relationship role. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (preferred) Experience working with maintenance planning, inspections or service agreements Good technical understanding of mechanical and/or electrical systems Ability to interpret technical documentation and lifecycle data Comfortable working in a customer-facing role Fluent in English (Swedish is an advantage) More important than exact educational background is that you are: Structured and systematic Proactive and solution-oriented Comfortable taking ownership Communicative and confident in meetings Skilled at coordinating between multiple stakeholders Someone who enjoys driving issues to closure Responsibilities Maintenance & Planning Develop and maintain maintenance plans Define inspection sequences Plan activities and component exchanges Technical Contract Ownership Be responsible for the technical part of the contract Ensure MGT Life requirements are followed Act as technical representative in meetings with region and customer(involves travel) Coordination & Technical Issue Management Coordinate and drive technical issues forward Collaborate with and utilize support from relevant technical departments Ensure alignment between customer expectations and internal capabilities Scope & Inspection Support Define technical scope for projects and inspections Provide technical support during inspections Ensure inspection data is properly documented and updated afterward Who You Are You enjoy being the person who connects the dots.
