Job Description Your responsibilities: Customer contact window to keep equipment performance of the advanced nano-lithography machine within the required specifications. Regular monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting of machine performance. Providing first line application support by controlling the multi-beam mask writer. Documentation and reporting to internal and external stakeholders. Co-work for constant improvement projects and rollout of new features. Lead technical escalation and be communication interface to support lines in Taiwan and HQ in Austria. Qualifications We are looking for a passionate and talented professional to join our team. You’re a great fit if you have: A Master’s degree (MSc) in Physics, Chemistry, or Engineering. 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally in a customer-facing role. Excellent English communication skills (TOEIC 800+), with the ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural team. A strong team spirit and exceptional interpersonal skills, with a continuous drive for improvement. A customer-oriented mindset, technical curiosity, and a strong interest in personal growth. The ability to analyze and clearly explain complex technical content using your strong analytical and technical knowledge. A proven track record of completing tasks independently while thriving in collaborative team environments. Strong organizational skills, assertiveness, and the resilience to handle challenges effectively. The ability to stay calm and make sound decisions under pressure. Experience working with Python, Office tools, and Linux systems.
