Under the guidance of the Application Engineering Manager, you will act as the technical interface with customers, ensuring successful project execution throughout the product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Customer Technical Coordination Lead all technical activities with customers. Support marketing activities and product strategies. Estimate development workload and assist in budget planning. Coordinate internal specialist support across development stages. Build strong relationships with customer development teams. Application Engineering Manage engineering tasks from estimation to mass production. Clarify and define customer specifications. Technical Documentation Manage and propose product specifications. Conduct evaluations and approve results across development stages. Plan and approve development schedules and mass production transitions. Global Technical Liaison Act as a technical front-end for overseas projects. Promote customer culture internally. Support bilingual communication and documentation. Coordinate responses to critical issues.
