Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role You will be the key technical contact supporting Infineon’s customers and Field Application Engineers, particularly in the field of Functional Safety. You will be instrumental in equipping our customers with the expertise they need to integrate our microcontrollers. Be the go-to expert for worldwide customers and Field Application Engineers, analyzing and answering technical requests and repeating findings in the lab Enable customer applications in Functional Safety using Infineon’s microcontrollers Support the design-in of Functional Safety solutions, with detailed product expertise of Infineon’s 32-bit microcontrollers Compile and prepare technical concepts and application documentation Strive to exceed customers' expectations by providing technical support from product to system level, including application demonstrators, and Functional Safety Conduct feasibility and development studies on embedded software applications Collaborate and share your knowledge with R&D teams Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed With an analytical mindset and a positive attitude, you excel at tackling challenges and collaborating within dynamic team environments. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to effectively balance customer needs with Infineon’s goals. A degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Technology, or Computer Science, ideally with a focus on Functional Safety aspects of embedded systems Basic knowledge of automotive microcontrollers and ISO26262 standards Knowledge of embedded systems and C language is a plus Availability to travel occasionally Fluency in English Please send us your CV in English.
