1. Gain in-depth understanding of customer technologies and critical gaps; drive Digital Tools solution development and implementation; Deliver validated results 2. Lead and support projects to deliver KPI for success in customers site through high involvement in the SOW, communicate clearly with customer on project progress and results 3. Analyze, transfer and tune Digital Tools capabilities in order to optimize system performance for specific application 4. Deploy new service products to solve customer HVPs in troubleshoot issues in fabs and validate value in the field, provide application training to internal and external customers per user persona 5. Technically leads complex application activities, working with cross-functional groups to meet Service Agreement KPI Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in own specialized discipline or field Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view Bachelor's Degree
