For the continuous growth of the Company, we want to include an Application Engineer dedicated to industrial refrigeration and air treatment business. The right candidate has experience in the Engineering Industry, ideally with a focus on industrial refrigeration and HVAC, will be based in Middle East (Dubai or KSA – to be discussed) but is expected to visit customers in the entire Middle East region.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM disciplines, preferably Mechanical
• Previous experience of min 5 years within Industrial Refrigeration and process cooling
• Additionally HVAC sectors is desirable
• Fluent in English
• Commercial attitude
• Well-developed customer facing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, flexible, with the ability to multitask
• High degree of enthusiasm and problem-solving skills
• IT skills - Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 package, ability to work in a digitalized environment
• Ability to travel up to 40% of time

• Work independently and contribute to all technical activities throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle, interact with customers to understand their needs and engineering design workflows and articulate the value proposition
• Handling customer’s technical enquiries and translate the need in qualified technical offers (first “quite definitive” designing of the plant)
• Recommends solutions and performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, presentations, etc.) for customers, with a proper and effective documentation
• Apply advanced engineering expertise and knowledge of industrial refrigeration, process cooling and HVAC application to provide the highest level of designing
• Evaluate and select the most appropriate suppliers around the world, in coordination with the Group
• Work together with the project manager during the execution
• Technical Support to Customers, Sales Force, Marketing, Production, Service
• Support the continuous improvement of the technical solutions, even through the feedback from prefabrication and production
• Promotes internally innovations and best learnings across the company
• Experienced in natural refrigerants such as ammonia and CO2, designing the full system with proper selections (from heat load calculations to commissioning and start-up
• Capable of handling site activities for both to prepare the quotations and also for execution.
• Capable of using technical drawing softwares such as AutoCad at the advanced level.
