We are seeking an Application Engineer to lead and engineer our critical financial and sales operations infrastructure. You will sit at the intersection of Finance, Sales, HR & Data, serving as the technical architect for our Planning and Incentive Compensation platforms. In this role, you will translate complex business strategies into scalable technical models. You will move the organization away from manual spreadsheets and into a robust, automated ecosystem that drives accurate forecasting and motivates our sales teams. About The Role Engineer Financial Models: Partner with the FP&A, HRIS and RevOps teams to build and maintain multidimensional data models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning. You will turn financial logic into dynamic system structures. Architect Commission Logic: Collaborate with RevOps to implement complex sales compensation plans. Data Integration & Integrity: Build reliable data pipelines connecting the Planning and Compensation systems with our core stack (Saleforce, NetSuite, Success Factors and BI). You will ensure a "single source of truth" across all platforms. Process Automation: Identify bottlenecks and design automated workflows to reduce manual overhead and eliminate errors. Requirements 2+ years of experience in Business Applications, Finance Systems, or Sales Operations Engineering. Hands-on experience administering major SaaS platforms. Advanced Excel proficiency. You feel comfortable with complex formulas and logical nesting. Strong understanding of Dimensional Modeling concepts. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting. Understanding of REST APIs and webhooks. Strong analytical thinking. Excellent communication skills in English. You can explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Advantages Experience with planning systems (e.g. Pigment) or Compensation tools (e.g. CaptivateIQ). Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript).
